MATERIAL & BUILD QUALITY

The TPE is extremely soft, stretchy and realistic. It's noticeably softer than many masturbators I've used before, and the material has remained very pleasant internally after more than a year of use.The body details, seams and textures were well made from the beginning, and I haven't experienced any major manufacturing problems.The main long-term issue is the outer surface. After extended use, the TPE became increasingly sticky and now attracts dust and hair very easily. Some parts can also stick together when stored.Importantly, the internal material still feels excellent. I haven't noticed a major deterioration in the internal channels.

INTERNAL STIMULATION

Vagina — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This is my favorite channel.It's relatively easy to enter, medium-soft and has noticeable internal texture without being excessively tight. The full length is comfortable to use, and the combination of softness and stretch makes it feel very different from firmer masturbators.Anus — ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆The anal channel is noticeably tighter and narrower.
The entrance provides a stronger, sphincter-like sensation, while the channel itself remains soft enough to use the full length comfortably.Horse Cock — ⭐⭐⭐☆☆The horse cock is visually impressive, but the opening is the most difficult of the three to use.
The entrance is quite narrow, although the material stretches considerably once you get inside. Different angles also change the sensation noticeably.
The biggest practical issue is that my penis can slip out during use, so I sometimes need my other hand to keep the toy positioned correctly.

SIZE, WEIGHT & HANDLING

Megumi is large and fairly heavy, so this isn't a toy I'd describe as particularly portable or effortless to handle.The softness of the body also makes getting a secure one-handed grip more difficult.Position matters quite a lot. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

This is easily the weakest part of Megumi.It's not a quick-clean toy. Because of the size, multiple channels and very soft TPE, proper cleaning and drying takes time.
I wash it with liquid soap and toy cleaner and use a handheld shower/bidet to flush the internal channels. The horse cock channel is particularly difficult because of its narrow opening. Some water pressure makes cleaning considerably easier.
The included drying stick is useful, but I wouldn't rely on it alone.
After washing, I usually towel-dry the outside and leave it to air-dry for several hours before storing it.LONG-TERM MAINTENANCEIf you buy Megumi, take TPE maintenance seriously from the beginning.
After 1.5 years, my biggest problem isn't the internal performance — it's the sticky outer surface. Dust, hair and other particles are now much easier to pick up than when the toy was new.
Proper washing, complete drying, powdering and suitable storage are important with this type of material.

DURABILITY AFTER 1.5 YEARS

The internal channels have held up surprisingly well considering the amount of use.I did cause a few small tears in the horse cock while grabbing it to stop the toy from falling. These are cosmetic and haven't affected the actual use, but they show that the softer external material shouldn't be pulled aggressively.So far, I'd describe the long-term durability as mixed:Internal material: Still excellent

If you're specifically looking for soft TPE, multiple channels and an unusual full-size design, Megumi offers an experience that standard masturbators don't really replicate.
